Tasting Notes:
Nose: Ripe banana dark toffee and vanilla, with lots of spices, cloves, allspice cinnamon and anise with a nice charred oak warmth
Palate: Fruit, toffee and anise are very much to the fore. The spices, vanilla and charred oak linger
Finish: Slight tannins and a little spicy on the tongue, with the vanilla, toffee and oak lingering on the finish
