Whisky cured A5 kobe beef bresaola

We have teamed up with The Meat Consultant to mature A5 Kobe Wagyu Beef in whisky. It has been matured for nearly three months in Reserve Cask Benrinnes 12 Years bottled by Single Malts Of Scotland. The Whisky cured Kobe A5 Beef Bresaola is tender and the flavours of the whisky and the beef are enhanced by each other.
