Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We’re pleased to offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories on orders over HK$800. For orders below HK$800, a HK$100 delivery charge will apply. Delivery service is only available for pre-paid orders.
Where in Hong Kong do you deliver?
Delivery is available to a single location within most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. An additional charge of HK$100 applies to Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Delivery is NOT available for Outlying islands.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery is available from Monday to Friday (not available on Saturdays & Sundays or public holidays) and is usually made between 3-5 working days following confirmation of your order. An additional working day may be required for delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.
Should the delivery address be unattended, additional charges will apply to re-schedule the delivery. If a delivery is requested to be left with building security or outside the door, Jade Fist Limited will not be held responsible for any loss that may occur.
What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?
We want all our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Please kindly email us with details and also provide pictures showing the detail of the damage or faulty items. Please retain the product, box and all packaging until instructed by us.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do international delivery. For delivery cost and time to different countries, please contact us for more details before placing an order. Please note you may have to pay import duty on international orders.
Order & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA/Master direct payment, FPS or Payme by HSBC as payment options. We don’t accept bank transfer or any other delayed payment methods.
How can I redeem a discount code?
To redeem a discount code, simply type it into the box at the bottom of your shopping basket and press “Apply” followed by “Proceed to Checkout”. It is important to add your discount code at this time as discount codes cannot be added to your order during checkout.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Additional conditions may apply so please read the terms and conditions supplied with the code.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes, just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the “Delivery Details” section when you are placing your order.
Can I send a message with my gift?
A free personalised gift message service is available on all orders. Please leave your message when you place your order.
Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
All purchases are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
