Nose: An earthy forest floor is scattered with chewy mango chips, blood oranges, candied limes and fresh mint leaves. Dusty church pews are mellowed by the richness of warm melted chocolate.

Palate: Thick and heady with flavours of nutty dark chocolate on a workbench. There are dried apples, pears and plump sultanas as well as a thin layer of varnish, indicating the age of this whisky.

Finish: Tobacco, dried blackcurrants, evergreen leaves and wax-polished oak.
