WAGGING FINGER GIN AMERICAN OAK

The American Oak Gin is aged six weeks on virgin American Oak with the Wagging Finger V3.0 as its base. The ageing in wood gives the gin a nice oaky flavour without losing the citrus notes. Also, here the cardamom spice is clearly present and at the finish some ginger. A great sipping gin.Nose: From a re-fill sherry cask, a nice light straw colour and a great, gentle nose that has floral and fruity influences.
