Nose: Fun and fruity notes of over-ripe plums, tangerines and lemon cheesecake are gracefully balanced with springtime scents of dandelions and freshly-cut grass.

Palate: Instantly zingy and zesty, full of vibrant flavours of grapefruit and India Pale Ale. The citric character quickly transforms into woody pine, new oak and a warm loaf of rye bread spread with herbed butter.

Finish: Reflecting the grassy and fruity nose, drying into green peppers, apple cider and dried hops.
