Shizuoka Distillery’s first official Japanese single malt made of 100% Japanese barley. It is distilled in ex-Karuizawa distilling equipment called ‘K’ and aged for 3-5 years in bourbon and wine barrels. Tasting Notes:
Nose: Floral, fruity, citrus and vanilla aromas.
Palate: Malt richness, lemon and lactic acidity, honey and ripe melon.
Finish: Smooth sweetness and oaky, malty sweetness lingers for a long time.
