Tasting Notes:
Nose: From a re-fill sherry cask, a nice light straw colour and a great, gentle nose that has floral and fruity influences.
Palate: The taste still has that characteristic ""dirty edge"" from Ben Nevis, but the 15 years have taken of the rough edge.
Finish: Medium finish with some sherry spices balanced with the fruitiness.
