ISLAY 30 YEARS OLD FOR ABYSS X AQUA VITAE - 1994 VINTAGE - SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY

Synchrony Collection is a new collaboration project initiated by local whisky bar Abyss. Abyss will collaborate with different partners, both locally and overseas in the future through the series. #001 is the first bottle released in conjunction with the Taiwanese independent bottler Aqua Vitae.

Tasting notes:
Smell: Dominant fruit aroma, tropical fruits, mango, lemon, passion fruit, sea breeze, lemon peel, elegant smoke, minerality, herbs
Taste: Rich and oily, waxy, lemon tart, mango, passion fruit, honey, tobacco
Finish: Long, liquorice, ending with Chinese herbal notes, typical old Islay
