Nose: Medicinal and phenolic with balanced sweetness. Vanilla, barbeque sauce, olive brine, gooseberries and quite meaty
Palate: Initially ashy before giving way to vanilla custard, burnt oranges, cinnamon sticks and then more coal dust
Finish: Drying ashiness, more tart gooseberries, banana milkshake and sour cherries
