Tasting Notes:
Nose: Clear sherry notes with dried figs, white pepper, some waxiness and red fruits
Palate: Peppery and oily, very mouth filing. The PX sherry cask clearly shows it's character, some nuttiness, touches of almonds and dark dried fruits
Finish: Warm and long, very complex, very much the PX characteristics
