Founded in Bangalore 1948, this multi-award-winning distillery just keeps going from strength to strength, producing some of the best whisky we have tasted. Blackadder's Raw Cask Amrut series have received multiple awards over the past year for their single cask whiskies.


Tasting Notes:
Nose: Ripe banana dark toffee and vanilla, with lots of spices, cloves, allspice cinnamon and anise with a nice charred oak warmth
Palate: Fruit, toffee and anise are very much to the fore. The spices, vanilla and charred oak linger
Finish: Slight tannins and a little spicy on the tongue, with the vanilla, toffee and oak lingering on the finish
