Tasting Notes: Nose: A strong and long aroma full of ""rancio"" appears first. Then, spicy hints of cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, wood, wooden cigar boxes. Palate: First detects finesse and mellowness that is represented in many Grande Champagne Cognacs. Then some vanilla which comes from the Limousin oak casks. Eventually, spicy aromas of cinnamon, of ginger, of cloves and the fruit smoothness. Finish: The Eaux-de-Vie has a long finish.
