Matured in a batch of six hogsheads and one barrel, filled between 2006 and 2011 and matured for at least a decade before it was bottled.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of honeydew melon and warm, buttered toast with lots of honey
Palate: Juicy pears, lemon peel, vanilla cream, honey roast cashews, lemon sherbet and almonds throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
