SABUROMARO IV - THE LOVERS - JAPANESE SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Seaweed, seashore, straw hat, gentle and clean barrel aroma, a strong but gentle and refined smoke, pear and menthol in the background, and a hint of cheese wrapped in prosciutto.
Palate: Soft and mild, with nori seaweed, salted wakame seaweed, gentle malt sweetness, gruel, lemon peel, tea candy, prosciutto, a touch of pear and menthol. 
Finish: The aftertaste is mildly peaty and malty sweet.
