Tasting Notes:
Nose: Syrupy topical fruits, lychee, passion fruit and peaches. Agave syrup, mint leaves, demerara sugar and custard.
Palate: More full on fruits with a dunnage warehouse background. Hard boiled sweets dusted in flour with greengages, lime and lemon drizzle cake.
Finish: Long and fruity with a growing oily mustiness that is classic Littlemill.
