Tasting Notes:
Nose: Toffee shortbread, cardamom, pecans and white chocolate. Honey, sage and fennel
Palate: Juicy and syrupy. Mangoes, passion fruit, peaches in syrup, maraschino cherries, apricots and lots of thick creamy notes
Finish: A syrupy fruit bomb with pouring cream and a hint of ginger snap biscuitss
