These are bottled at their natural strength and colour and without chill-filtration so that all of the wonderful flavours which have developed over years spent in the casks are retained.

Nose: Heather honey, violet and rich vanilla
Palate: Creamy hazelnut chocolate, dried apricot and Demerara sugar
Finish: Gently drying, with cinnamon and clove in the classic, spicy highland style
