Nose: Runny honey and vanilla-scented candlewax blends with over-ripe mango and cantaloupe melon.

Palate: Luscious, thick texture, with chargrilled pineapple and lemon oil. A medley of dried fruit and spice follows– dates, cranberries and apricots sprinkled with cinnamon and mint.

Finish: Baked vanilla cheesecake and digestive biscuits, balanced by more mature notes of Sauternes wine and toasted oak.
