At A.D. Rattray, they go to great lengths to source interesting and unusual casks which reflect the different styles and nuances of the 6 Scotch whisky regions. These are bottled at their natural strength and colour and without chill-filtration so that all of the wonderful flavours which have developed over years spent in the casks are retained. This Williamson is specially selected and bottled for Whiskies & More to celebrate World Whisky Day 2017. Only 96 bottles available and solely for Hong Kong.

Nose: All butter fudge, vanilla, bonfire ash, sea minerals and tangy iodine

Palate: Treacle toffee, drying tobacco and a rich, earthy peat, culminating in soft prunes and honey roast salted figs

Finish: Salted caramel with a touch of aniseed and a light, wispy smoke slowly fading into the distance
