WAGGING FINGER GIN V3.0

This is the third and final bottling of the "Exercises" series. Based on the three exercises Wagging Finger core gin will be created using 8 botanicals, including juniper berries, cardamom, coriander, lemon. First note is the cardamom spice, with citrus and juniper berries, with a little sweetness at the finish.Nose: From a re-fill sherry cask, a nice light straw colour and a great, gentle nose that has floral and fruity influences.
