NO ORDINARY GIN (NOG!) BY ASTA MORRIS
NOG! is a creation by Asta Morris and, as the name already reveals, this gin is not ordinary! NOG! is a small batch gin and aged in whisky casks for several months. The batch HK02 has aged 23 months in an ex-Caperdonich (closed distillery) cask.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh citrus notes with soft touch of juniper berries
Palate: First notes are tangerine and oranges, with a hint of vanilla sweetness
Finish: More fruits and a tad of bitterness from the cacao. A well balanced sipping gin
