SOUL GIN BY ASTA MORRIS
Soul Gin is developed specially for maturing in ex whisky casks for a minimum seven months to more than two years. The maturation substantially changes the gin. Main botanicals: juniper, lavender, hops, poppy, orange, coriander, fennel and cocoa.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: prominently tangerine and juniper berries notes, with a touch of coriander and cacao
Palate: the mouth feel is full and creamy. Also on the palate elegant citrus flavours combined with light herbal notes
Finish: the cacao is evident in the finish while the citrus notes remains till the end
