Dailuaine 10 Years from the Highlands was matured in a batch of six hogsheads and one barrel, filled between 2006 and 2011. Aromas of honeydew melon and warm, buttered toast with lots of honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of juicy pears, lemon peel, vanilla cream, honey roast cashews, lemon sherbet and almonds throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
