Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet ripe orchard fruits. Rich Apple Tatin, stewed fruit teas golden syrup, softened by honeyed vanilla, dark chocolate, and warm toffee.
Palate: Luxuriously creamy. Notes of beeswax and super-ripe mangoes merge with apple purée and rich caramel.
Finish: Long and resonant, balancing subtle oak tannins against layers of honeycomb and sweet exotic fruit.
