This Auchentoshan reflects the complexity of that decade. The label depicts an illustration of Hong Kong’s vibrant streets, neon signs, and red taxis; the energy of a city that never sleeps—much like the business built within it.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Pickled yellow fruits evolving into ripe banana and warm Pastel de Nata with its caramelized crust, rounded by an intriguing menthol funk.
Palate: Cooling mint and eucalyptus balanced against overripe dried peaches, apricots, and coconut water. With time in the glass, rich earth and dark cacao emerge.
Finish: Long and complex, showing a sophisticated interplay of banana peel tartness and lingering mineral earthiness.
