In celebration of our 8th anniversary, we present an exclusive bottling that captures the essence of the rugged Scottish Highlands. Distilled in 2004 and meticulously matured for 20 years, this peated whisky undergoes a final transformation in PX sherry casks, resulting in a remarkable spirit bottled at 53.1% ABV in 2024. Limited to only 134 bottles, this exceptional whisky is a true collector's item.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Peat smoke and a salty breeze at first followed by sweet ripe fruits like grilled caramalised pineapple, raisins and fig danish
Palate: Smoked aged meat, like a beef jerky from the stalls in Macau, a little dirty sherry notes, coffee, toffee, sweet smoke bbq sauce and dark chocolate balanced out with very ripe stewed tropical fruits
