BUSHMILLS 34 YEARS OLD FOR ABYSS X THE WHISKY BLUES - 1991 VINTAGE - SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY

Sourced from the 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆, with a history of over 𝟰𝟬𝟬 years, this cask comes from the oldest whiskey distillery in history. It is also the highest-age release 𝗔𝗯𝘆𝘀𝘀 has selected to date - 𝟯𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. We are honored to be invited by 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 to collaborate and select this cask of 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: it presents subtle floral notes, a light wood varnish sensation, followed by the classic Irish style of tropical fruits. 
Palate: it's like a fruit punch bursting with all kinds of flavours - whatever tropical fruit you can think of, mango, passion fruit, apricot, star fruit, pineapple, pomegranate, all blossoming simultaneously in the mouth. It's truly a fruit bomb.
Finish: a slight fruit tea note, along with the elegant woody tones from the high-age ex-bourbon oak cask.
