Nose: Almost medicinal; creamy, with a slight flinty note, raw honeycomb, goats cheese and banana peel
Palate: Lime, pickle, geraniums edible flowers with pistachio nuts and praline
Finish: Light and floral before finishing with hints of rock salt, mezcal and lemongrass
