New Arrival: SMOS Reserve Casks

The Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks are also available now! They are bottled in small batches of three to ten casks. Each parcel of bottles shows the variety of styles and flavours found across Scotland. This series are bottled at a consistent 48% with no added colour and no chill-filtration. The latest arrivals to Hong Kong are the Parcel No.9 range.

 

 

The Caol Ila 8 Years from Islay. A small batch of six craft American standard barrels have been used. This is a fresh and smoky whisky, reminiscent of bonfires at the seaside.

Glen Garioch 10 Years from Highlands was matured in five barrels. This is a chocolatey dram with essences of rose water and peach.

Benrinnes 12 Years from the Speyside was matured in four refill sherried hogsheads and one sherry butt. This is a rich, spicy whisky with notes of leather, chocolate and cherry.

Dailuaine 10 Years from the Highlands was matured in a batch of six hogsheads and one barrel, filled between 2006 and 2011. Aromas of honeydew melon and warm, buttered toast with lots of honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of juicy pears, lemon peel, vanilla cream, honey roast cashews, lemon sherbet and almonds throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
