Nose: Dried raspberries and strawberries scattered over fluy marshmallows and Turkish delight. The fresh, green, earthy aromas of cornflowers and freshly-cut grass express the classic springtime profile of this distillery.
Palate: The fruit has been reduced to jam, spread between the layers of a Victoria sponge cake. More fruit follows: apricots and cantaloupe melon. Bowls of porridge are served with honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
Finish: Freshly-milled barley, golden syrup and banana slices give a soft, warm finish to this dram.
