At A.D. Rattray, they go to great lengths to source interesting and unusual casks which reflect the different styles and nuances of the 6 Scotch whisky regions. These are bottled at their natural strength and colour and without chill-filtration so that all of the wonderful flavours which have developed over years spent in the casks are retained.

Croftengea is the heavily peated brand of the Loch Lomond Distillery. Most of the spirits go into their blends and therefore Croftengea is only seen when an independent bottler releases a single cask. AD Rattray has bottled a 11 Years whisky which has a nose of soft smoke, noble hops and salted caramel. On the palate, we find sweet, floral peat with juicy grilled orange that finishes in charred peppers, grapefruit and exotic spice.
